Learn about the terms and benefits of membership in the SOP!

Establishing an ombudsperson position at a university does not in itself guarantee a transformation of the environment. Rather, it is the beginning of efforts that have been rather sporadic until recently.

We need to talk about the conditions in which education takes place; we want to open up topics that have been taboo or downplayed until recently; we want to discuss what are the consequences of inequality and hierarchy in the academic environment, what are the consequences of not resolving conflicts, how does abuse affect learners or workers?

The main benefit of membership is joining a support network that creates a community of individuals who together have a greater voice and power.

ŠOP provides facilities and support to its members. You can take advantage of closed interview sessions to provide you with an orientation to challenging cases. With methodical support, you can grow and find inspiration.

Through the activities of the association, you will meet many great people and if you are interested, you can influence the events in the association directly - by electing its bodies or activities for its development.
